paypal debit card

Hi guys by mistake i ordered a paypal prepid debit card but i have not activated yet and my question d be is how can i get rid of it?like i noticed i can just ask for a check or transfer to my bank and i do not need this card and do not want to pay 5 dolars for a monthly fee...so what can i do just not activate it?thanks

Upon purchasing the card you are automatically enrolled in the $4.95 a month fee plan.  The first Plan Fee is deducted from your Card Account within 36 hours of purchase.
