Does anyone know where this stupid thing can be used im so annoyed i didnt read the reveiws of it first but i want to purchess tickets?

Generally for purchasing tangible goods.

When all conditions are met and you qualify for a specific purchase you will have the option to use PayPal Credit.  If not there, then qualifications have not been met.
