paying credit card bills with paypal credit

Hi...since paypal credit is offering payments to be deferred for 6 months, I wanted to be able to pay a current credit card bill with paypal credit.  I have seen earlier threads, but I wanted to know the latest situation... Thank you.

Paypal credit is for purchases,not to pay bills,that would be cash advance
