i paid my acct up in full i was a little behind but still making min payment been long time customer run alot of money through pay =pal and thats how they treat you i might close my dam acct i paid 323 dol owe nothing they tell me 60 days before i can use it srew them

You were delinquent with your payments.  That makes you high risk.  It takes a long time develope good credit risk.

If you do get your account back you'll just have to manage your cash flow better to not be late with any payments.
