Welcome to the community! I am sorry if there's any confusion about the capabilities of PayPal Credit, and I'm happy to help!
PayPal Credit can be used to fund purchases and payments, subject to its approval as an available funding method for each transaction. It is not possible to cash advance from PayPal Credit, so you would not be able to take funds from the credit line and withdraw them to your bank.
