I religiously check my paypal working capital account.. But having issues all day?? anyone else experieincing this??
I cannot send money . It says to send with a card a gray see thro screen pops up then I can not enter a dollar amount or do anything other then use the back button to the prior page .
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
