The lightning jack works with my headphones, but the reader now always shows as "not connected". This is a new problem that popped up a few weeks ago. I've since replaced the reader and it still won't show as connected. iPhone 7 Plus, Apple brand lightning jack. Suggestions??? I'm tired of paying higher fees because I have to manually enter card numbers.
