foreign PayPal account for US purchases

With a foreign paypal account can I order U.S. products and have them sent to my mail forwarding address in the U.S.? (Or does all adresses associated with it need to be in the same foreign country?)

You won't be able to add an international address to your country specific paypal account.

And a seller won't have any seller protection if they don't send to your paypal registered address or an added gift address.

So with a foreign PayPal account the shipping address for it has to be in the same country?

That makes it impossible for people from other countries to use PayPal to have items sent to a mail forwarding address.

International buyers can have an item sent to their paypal registered address in their OWN country.

Paypal does not let you link an international address to your paypal account.

Sellers won't post to an address that is not registered to your paypal account.
