paypal let me transfer $ once, now it just keeps giving me error, i have over 200 sitting in there and every phone call is worse than the last, they dont speak english and when they do there is so much baclground noise you have to repeat 50 times. 5 calls and no resolution, any ideas?
For phone calls, the best advice is to keep trying and asking for a different agent; and then repeat as necessary.
