Hi there,
My paypal reader is not working and I was promised replacement.
this is my 3rd. attempt to get a resolution to faulty paypal equipment since 1-18-18
On January 18, 2018 I had spoken to one of your rep's regarding my PPHere reader not working. Long story short he said a replacement would be shipped within 5 - 8 business days.
CS is not responding to my request dated January 18 and February 5, 2018
What response is everyone else getting?
