Our new chip and tap reader works fine but turns itself off after a short period forcing us to re pair it with our ipad. Is this the expected behavior? I would like for it not to turn off unless I want it to, is this possible? I assume this is a battery saving feature, but ours is always plugged in and used more or less all day.
