i already have a personal paypal account i use to buy and sell on ebay with and a card reader. im starting a new business and wanted to have a seperate account for that and to be able to use the same reader for. so i created a new business paypal account and had no problems and then i tried to sign up for PayPal Here under that account and it told me i was not eligible for a PayPal Here account...why is this? Are you allowen only one PayPal Here account per name? its a toatally different email account and bank account...some answers would be appriciate
