I have several friends who get a statement and sales insights report every month on the 15th of the month for the previous month. It is a report I would like to get but do not. I called Paypal last week and asked about it and was told it was a Beta testing report that was only done for a few months and is now discontinued. Well, my friends got theirs for April today. Why can't I find anyone at Paypal that knows anythign about this report or how to get it sent to me?
