Just want to let PayPal know that not having a Chat option for support is a bit ridiculous. I recall they had it before and I loved it and it made everything easy....now nothing and I have a problem with apple and they are saying it's fine on their side and it's paypal but unfortunately I have to hang up with Apple to talk to PayPal.....that's wrong. Bring back the chat option.....please.
Ebay used to have chat sesson,but they get rid of it,I find calling and talking to a live person more effective,Ebay must have an army of reps ,it does not take long to get hold of one.
