Why did the jerks on the PayPal board waste over twenty minutes of my time trying to buy a UPS label before asking for my SSN (shouldn't this have been the first instead of the last question)?And how do I find out why they are so unreasonable and customer unfriendly? Thanks.
PayPal requires a SSN to purchase a UPS shipping label. They do not tell you this until the very end of the process however. Then you call and ask them why and they just have some call center person waste your time and refuse to help you. Great job PayPal!
