The website is SOO confusing, where can I see the purchases I made recently. I think I was shipped a wrong item

What website did you use for the purchase?  You should contact the seller about the order.

PayPal is not the merchant .  PayPal only processes the payment.  You can find your payment transaction on your PayPal summary page on your computer.
