I bought an item, it didn't work, so I tried getting a refund. The seller never responded, so I raised it to a claim or whatever the phrase is, and the seller still didn't respond. Paypal emailed me saying I'll be getting a full refund but what do I do with the item? It's a game, pokemon heart gold, and it didn't work, it would freeze every 5 minutes randomly and making it unplayable.

Yeah, in the email they sent me they said that no further actions were required, but I just wanted to make sure so I don't have to deal with more hassles or trouble later on.
