Even though Venmo is owned by PayPal, there is no way to transfer cash from yourVenmo balance over to your PayPal balance. The best way to do it would be to transfer your Venmo funds over to your checking account; attach the same checking account to your PayPal account and then pull it from there on the PayPal end.
