If I have my PayPal debit Mastercard set to pull from my PayPal balance as my preference, and my PayPal balance is low/gone, but a charge is sent to my PayPal debit card, will it just make my PayPal balance negative? Or will it, in fact, pull the funds from my personal debit card/bank account? I use my PayPal debit so rarely, but I did so a couple weeks ago and I got double charged a couple days later, and my PayPal balance was set negative. I rectified it immediately, but I was wondering if I used my PayPal debit without money in my PayPal balance (while my balance IS set as my perferred method of payment with my PayPal debit) does it just make my balance negative? Any help would be great. Thanks so much!

The card taps your Paypal balance backed by your bank account.
The card has not been working well .
if you dont have enough in y our PAYPAL account and not enough in the bank account, your card will be rejected.
But what will your bank do?will it charge you NSF?
