Unable to make payment on Paypal credit

I've been trying to make a payment on my Paypal credit all day, but the redirect is not working. I receive the following:

We're Sorry. 
We apologize our system is having technical difficulty retrieving your information. Please try again later.

I've used two different browsers with the same results. Ideas?
