Unable to make payment - Connecting to Synchrony Bank Site

I'm getting this error every time I try to click 'Make Payment' on my PP smart connect bill. I've been having this issue for the past week, I've tried different computers and browsers and it's still not connecting to Synchrony Bank.
Anyone having this issue?
