I get an error message, "oops, something went wrong, refresh page and try again." This service is down but no info available. Finally spoke with PayPal agent after long wait on phone and he confirmed he couldn't do this on his personal account either, yet had no answer. I can't find any current info on the interwebs about this service being down or no longer available. Does anyone have any current info or have you had success creating a bar code to reload your PayPal account with cash at a CVS or Rite-aid?
