When I try to login to the app it ask me to update to a business account which I've already done. When I go ahead and reenter the info it says it can't update the info and to go online. When I go online to sign up for here https://www.paypal.com/signup-pph&hs=business it tells me the same thing.
PayPal Here is the only reason I needed a business account.
I've uninstalled the app but it didn't do anything
Login to your PayPal Business Account, go to Tools and see if you can access your PayPal Here account that way - if you cannot, then something is out of wack (not synced up) - you can try customer service for assistance or Tech Support.
