Two problems with QIFs produced by the new activity export system

Just sent an email to Paypal technical support but I wonder if anyone else has noticed the following two problems with the new activity export system:
(1) In the old system QIF exports would conveniently exclude all the transactions that were deposits from the linked credit card. This was convenient because most folks using Quicken probably have an account for that credit card, and will also have the expenditures from the credit card already recorded.
But in the new system, no matter which set of transactions one picks (All, Balance Affecting, or Complete Payments) the QIF export always includes all the deposits from the credit card. So then one must manually delete them from the Quicken records of the Paypal account.
(2) The three choices for sets of transactions (All, Balance Affecting, or Complete Payments) seem all to produce identical QIF exports. (The old system of course did not provide any choice.)
It would be handy if one of the choices would exclude just the transactions that are deposits from the linked credit card.
