PayPal deactivated my debit card cuz of a unauthorized purchase. They're shipping a new one but I need the money I have on the card. What do I do?

what kind of card is it?if it is Paypal business debit card,you can ask Paypal to send you a check from the fund in paypal account or you transfer it to a bank.
