I've made a purchase with Ericdress.com on march 29 but my transaction date is the 30. I've paid for 5-12 business day shipping. I have prom this upcoming weekend and I've emailed and tried calling them to see if they are going to be here in time and I've gotten no respond. I need to know if they are or do I need to get my refund and buy some out of the store. Is there any way that you can help me?

if this is Ebay transaction,then you have to wait till the date of delivery past to file.

but if not ebay,file item not received with Paypal and see if seller responds.

if he does not respond and is still selling,then he is ignoring you.
