Hello today i had a problem with paypal support let me explain frist

 

I ask form paypal support via email requesting to help me add my phone as a security kay and here are the reply

 

(Some personal information may be censored for my safty )

I understand that you wish to activate two step verification on your account.

This is a function that PayPal is in the process of phasing out so I cannot guarantee that it will work, but I have ordered a security key for you.

Why this happen without my request ? i will be charged for this or not  plus also i resived another mesenge  1 hour affter

Why all of this but no  charge  happen so far either to my card and on my paypal balance

No charge because you have only emailed PayPal to request the security key and they put in the order for you but you have not received Security Key to activate it yet.

 

If you do not want to use security key, don't activate it and you won't be charged.

what you meen if i resived i will be charged or if i activate i will be charged

You have to get the key first, turn on the service and use it, before you get charged. That Is what I mean.

If you change your mind and do not want to use, just don't turn it on.
