Running to infinite loop for transferring money to bank account

Hey all,

Getting this error message: Sorry, but we need more information. Please withdraw moneyon our Classic site instead. Then if I follow the link it makes me verify account, I do so, and then it just loops back to the original page and starts all over.

Any tips?

I am also having this problem! Incredibly frustrating. I need to transfer funds to pay my rent.

I found this link to the 'classic' transfer site works https://www.paypal.com/?cmd=_withdraw-funds, while the 'transfer' button on the top left of the current (Sept 2016) home page does not work for me
