Rite Aid cashier loaded more than I paid onto account.

I went to load $100 to my PayPal at Rite Aid through the "add at store feature". The cashier tried twice and said the transaction wouldn't go through because the server was down, so she gave me my money back and apologized. About an hour later I got two emails saying my deposits were complete. I checked, and sure enough both of the cashier's attempts actually eventually went through. So now I have $200 that isn't mine in my account. Both deposits appear as completed and are included in my available balance. Should I call and explain, or is this something that the system will catch and the money will go away again after midnight? Being an honest person, I want it to go where it rightfully belongs, but I would hate to go back to the store and pay for it only for the system to reverse the original transactions, and then I'm shorted money. Thoughts or advice?

Best to call customer service for assistance:

https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/contact/call

You used smart phone to add cash at the register instead of a PayPal My Cash card, right?

If My Cash card used, call the customer service number here:

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

I contacted Rite Aid, who then contacted Green Dot (the service that is used to load PayPal through Rite Aid) and was told that this was a system error and that the money would be deducted by Monday. However, it is still there.
