Reward Points

I have 4,339 points I cannot get to the site to redeem them?  I go to PayPal.com then to Wallet and find the points but it will not redeem them can I call someone and redeem them?

Call the number on back of the card for assistance, maybe the would know how to redeem via phone.  A lot of things not working right as they should.

I had to go to the paypal extras card link on the homepage, then clicked on Rewards. It showed my points and the only way to get cash back to the card you have to have a minimum of 6000 points. You may be able to get a gift card tho- didn't check that. I'm waitin gfor my 6000 and applying to my card then. Hope this helps.
