Refund of shipping charges

I'm new at EBay selling. Today, I received five emails about shipping label charges. So, I checked my Pay Pal account and, sure enough, there are four shipping charges on my account. There are 2 for 6.68, 1 one for 2.61, 1 one for 6.45, and one for 5.95. All were today.

I'm not sure how I ended-up with four charges because I only printed one label for the 5.59 to be used to send an item that was purchased by someone on EBay. That person paid the shipping charge.

Is there any way I can get a refund for the 6.45, two 6.68 ane 2.61 charges or am I out of luck and have to eat them?

Thanks for any help on this.

Hello @chansamone! Welcome to the forums! Since this would be categorized as unauthorized transactions, here's what you do:

  1. Go to PayPal and login.
  2. At the bottom of the page, there's a link that says "SECURITY" and click on it.
  3. Near the bottom of the next page, click on the link that says "Suspicious or unauthorized transaction?"
  4. On the next page, there will be steps that you can take. Please follow those steps to a "T." I would tell you what these steps are but each country has their own information that one needs to follow.
  5. You will also need to repeat steps 1-4 with the exception of going to "Report identity theft" instead of "Suspicious or unauthorized transaction?"

Let me know how it goes!
