Purchases under $98 - How does it work?

Greetings!

I just recently applied for PayPal Credit and this is my first credit 'card' so I'm a bit of a novice to how much I'm required to pay.

Since my paycheck won't come in for another month, there is an item I want that costs $42.

If I used PayPal Credit to pay for the $42, how much am I required to pay for the next billing cycle? Is it 19.99% of $42?

Also, is the billing cycle different for each PayPal user, or is it the same for all?
