I tried to open an account because I am selling items on eBay and wanted the money deposited there. After filling out the form I got a message that I was approved for a credit card. I don't want a credit card. I did not provide them with any credit card info.
Can someone please advise me what I did wrong and how to correct its.
So you're just trying to open a new PayPal account? What URL did you use to do that? It sounds like you may have filled out a credit card application instead of actually creating a PayPal account.
