PAYPAL PREPAID/MOVE MONEY/INSTANT TRANSFER NOT WORKING.
I've been using this feature for a while it's convenient., although it stopped working now I cleared it up with my prepaid so it's on Paypals end itself, it won't even let me send to friends/family now. ????????????
