Recently I bought a paypal cash card it has blie and organge front and it says "add money to your paypal account ". The first stransaction worked just fine, but now I'm trying to reuse the card and load some more founds to my paypal account and I found my self unable to do so since it's possible to buy the card anywhere, but only 3 retailers are supposed to be able to add founds to it. Today I tryed to add some cash but I've been told by a family dollar employee that the company gave the order to not load funds anymore. So I was wondering if paypal.com/cash is still functional.
