I want to close a dispute as I received a full refund. I asked paypal how to close. Instruction says to click case ID, enter any reason info and then click "Close". On clicking case ID, I am provided with a screen that offers the option to change their reason but NO option to close. WTF ?

Did you receive the refund as a resolution for the dispute or was the refund provided separate from the dispute?
If the refund was in response to the dispute, then the dispute should close automatically.
