Can I put small purchases like stuff on ebay that's small like less then $10 on paypal credit or does it have to be big purchases?
You can only use PayPal Credit when the option is presented at time of payment; you won't know in advance.
How does it affect my credit when I make small purchases? Like if I brought a $10 movie and I put it on paypal credit would it charge interest or something like that?
When a PayPal Credit option is presented you need to click on the option to learn the details.
