Paypal cash card can't use

i bought a cash card from store. but when i used it. 

couldn't use.

this is error

PIN NOT ACTIVATED: The PIN number provided has not been activated at retail. Please call 1-855-721-5035 to speak to Customer Service.

My Cash Error Code = 4005

Sorry to hear that. As unpleasant as this news may be, you actually have to take this up with the store you bought the card from. Your casheir (whoever that may have been) seems to have improperly/not activated the card. There is nothing PayPal can really do about this. Please contact the support from whatever place you bought the card from. Sorry to hear about this.

Did you get this issue resolved? I am in the same boat as you and it appears that there are many others as well. Must be a lot of cashiers having problems...
