You can only set up an account in your own name and linked to your own accounts.

For an account to be verified ,a Paypal member must link his own bank account to his Paypal account,Paypal will send 2 small deposits to that bank account and he/she will confirm the 2 amounts with Paypal.

But before it comes to this stage,the bank account linked must have the same name  as the paypal account, say if Paypal name is John Doe,then the bank account name must be the same,it will find out instantly when the bank account number is entered on Paypal.

Linking other people bank account is  NO NO .

Do it repeatedly,one will risk having his Paypal account restricted.
