Paypal MasterCard abroad in Indonesia

Having trouble using the prepaid MasterCard overseas in Indonesia. I keep getting either: transaction cannot be processed or contact bank. Can anyone assist me with this issue please, it's really urgent?

You should know better it does not work outside USA,may be Canada,may be.

do your homework before you go outside this country,dont leave home with it.

I did with my other cards just not this one, but not helping. Just would rather use this one
