I downloaded the app and when I put in my information it erases it and goes back to the login screen. My information is correct, and I just recently updated to the Galaxy S 7 Active phone.
I uninstalled the app, restarted phone, reinstalled app multiple times, tried my app settings, confirmed my phone # with Paypal, and even called paypal.
Supposedly someone is supposed to email me at some point, meanwhile, I cannot accept credit cards at my store becuase of this issue.
My Ebay app works, everything else works on the phone, and I can login into the Paypal site just fine.
My old S 5 phone worked fine, I upgraded to have a nicer camera for Ebay.
Very frustrated, and really liked Paypal up until now.
The card reader pairs to the phone, it's the chip reader,I just need this damn app to work properly, or I may reconsider who I use to process store payments.
