Go to this link. Under "Managing Your PayPal Credit Account" look for "Is there a number I can call if I have additional questions?" You may want to call the customer service department as they can explain the steps you need to follow.
PayPal Credit is like a credit card, without the plastic. It’s a credit limit that’s attached to your PayPal account which you can use for your online purchases. You cannot add funds to it, its a purchase account not a funding account.
