PayPal Credit does not have a card associated with it. PayPal Credit can be applied during checkout through PayPal for purchases that are eligible, and can be used to send payments using send money in your account.
There are a couple of different credit products that PayPal offers that do have a card that can be used outside of PayPal - the PayPal Cashback MasterCard, and the PayPal Extras MasterCard.
