I regularly use the app to check payment due date and up till today it has no payment due. I received my first email today notifying me that my statement is ready. I proceeded to pay and the due date is 20th January, 7 days ago! How is this possible? I'm now afraid I will be charged a fee for late payment even though this is the first notification I've had. The app now shows a payment date of 20 Jan. Has anyone else had this experience?
