PayPal working capital loan approval

Wanting to apply for my first loan.  I’m not sure at what point the approval is given.  It claims I’m approved for up to $52,000.00. Does that actually mean I’m approved or that I’m approved to apply? Im just hearing stories of people getting rejected.

Whatever the drop down menu states is what you are approved for. You can choose to take all or another amount.
