We are trying to manually enter a cc payment on the app. When we get to the screen where we can enter the card number, no keyboard or keypad will come up thus making it impossible to process transactions. This is happening on a new 7" Samsung tablet. We have logged out then back in, restarted the tablet, and un-installed then re-installed the app. We need a fix asap. Is this a know problem? Is there a work around or manual way to bring up the keyboard?
