* If you have an iPhone - you can try a hard reset, there's different procedures for different models - you will have to look that up on your own.

* Androids also have a hard reset procedure.

* You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

* Make sure that your device's OS is current.

* And you have the option to contact Tech Support.
