Trying to set up a PayPal here account, I’ve answered one of the security questions wrong. Now it says I’m not eligible for a account, how can it be reset
Are you setting up the App on your mobile device or from within the Tools Section in your Business Account ?? If on your mobile device, deleting the app and reinstalling may allow you to start over. If you still end up with an issue, you may want to follow-up with customer service for assistance.
