Wondering if anyone can help. I ordered the PayPal debit card how can I transfer my PayPal balance to this card? Can anyone assist? I'd appreciate the help.

if it is the Paypal business debit card,there is no need to transfer,the card does not hold any balance,it taps your paypal balance backed by bank fund.

paypal prpaid debit card is a different story

if you have just bought the Paypal prepaid debit card from a store,thats just the temporary card,

To link to your Paypal account,you must go to its site (prepaid site) and apply for a permanent card giving your name,SS ,address etc.

It will send you a permanent card with you name,then you can link to your Paypal account and move money back and forth.

there is no Paypal debit card,there are PAYPAL business debit card and Paypal prepaid debit card.
