PayPal credit

I got a credit line few days ago. I have yet to get to use it.everything is denied I called PayPal they say they see the denied claims but do not know why. Anyone else have a his issue

Is your Payment Preference set to "PP Credit" in your account settings?

To check, sign in to PP Credit,

click the Settings icon (top right),

click "Payments" tab on blue banner.

There you will see Preferred Online Payment Method.  Be sure "PP Credit" is checked.

I do have it as preferred.
